If you purchased your products from a reseller other
than BRAVO TECH, INC.(BTI), you need to contact your reseller from whom you
made the purchase for service and support.
If you purchased your products directly from BTI
, and require technical assistance, please call (714)
230-8333. If you need to return a products for repairs
or services, you must first call BRAVO TECH, INC. and be given a Return
Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Products received
without a RMA number will not be accepted.
If you experience a problem, call BTI at (714)230-8333. A
BTI technician will try and help you through the problem
over the phone. If the problem is confirmed to be a hardware
defect, the technician will ask you to fill out an RMA
request form, and issue you an RMA number and begin the
Service Process. Your RMA number is very important. Write it
down and be sure to keep it handy, even after your system has
been sent to BTI. Your RMA number is used by BTI to
track your product. Should you need to call BTI to check on
your returns, you will be asked for the RMA number. |
IMPORTANT!
Always retain the original packaging for your product. You will
need it if you ever need to safely transport or ship your
system. If the original packaging is not available, make sure
that the package is well cushioned so that it is not damaged
during shipping. Pack your unit in its original packaging, and
put the RMA number on the outside of the box. You pay for return
shipping cost, and BTI will pay for completed repaire shipping cost.

Your product will then be rushed to BTI, repaired or
replaced (at BTI's discretion) and then returned to you as
quickly as possible.
